When we first heard his name we saw some really bad reviews about him. Upon meeting him we mentioned this to him and he was like that's not me I promise. I'm going to name a few people who helped us get through this process and our experiences with them. In hopes of anyone who wants to try to use lennar for help purchasing a home can use these amazing people from start to finish. Lennar has made our first time home buying experience a really good one.
They sent an electrician and the only comment he had was "this is not normal" but not solving the issue. I can't add more information regarding my electricity issues because the problem persists, but nobody has been able to fix the issue. I also called FPL and they went to the property, and everything was fine on their end. Regarding the AC, this is the 4th time in a year that my AC stopped working. This is another issue that has not been solved. Lennar is ignoring my online tickets that I've opened and calls.

Missing a chunk of doorframe, a 6 inch section of wall not painted, cracked tiles is not being too picky. I warn anyone against purchasing a Lennar home. Our moderators read all reviews to verify quality and helpfulness. It is because of these core values that Lennar has become one of the most popular builders in the homebuilding industry. The hardwood floors started turning black not long after we moved in. In Lennar fashion it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed. During construction they didn't seal the slab. From the first person who showed us different models here in Simi Valley to Becky and all the people who took us through the loan process, we had a pleasant experience. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question.

Not even 1 month into owning the home, there has been nothing but issues. Between the A/C breaking, missing sensors, broken outlets, marks on the wall, poorly done landscaping..etc. We call almost everyday for fixes and it shouldn't be that way. Not mention, expect to be on the phone for 2 hours every time for anything.
The tile contractor recommended waiting until the cracks stop forming since it may expand passed replaced tiles if addressed too soon. We are now at the four year period and have 6 cracked tiles running across a hallway. Lennar is denying a warranty claim since it's past the 2 year mark even though I was told to wait. They also replaced nearly 40 tiles for a neighbor at just under 4 years. These issues are on post tensioned slabs that are not supposed to crack. There have been numerous other issues not addressed by Lennar and this is just the latest one.

Worried the integrity of our foundation/soil/months of standing water..possible mold, contamination & compression and compaction issues. I've purchased homes by Shea Homes, Pulte/Centex, and now Lennar. I would say the Lennar is the worst quality of all. It's about rushing and completing the homes than the quality.
