He made sure everything that was a concern wad taken care of. Within a few days the items we mentioned where fixed. This would have been my fourth house purchased. The experience with the Huntsville Alabama team was so unbelievably unprofessional that I am still stunned.

After a 3 month+ long good faith effort , we finally got denied. As we then contact the salesperson and talked about cancel the contract, they refused to refund my deposit of 34000+ (5% of purchase... I've opening tickets and calling Lennar since I bought my house last year, November 2021 regarding flickering lights, power outages just on the house. I've been calling them also to report that my AC unit stops cooling.

We purchased a “luxury” home from Lennar, only to receive terrible customer service from beginning to end. We were lied to multiple times, belittled, and ignored. In the Austin area, there are 37 communities where you can design and build a new house with Lennar. Within these communities, there are also 320 quick move-in homes completed by Lennar that can be purchased today. The community will offer eight stunning floorplans with 24 unique elevations ranging from 1,574 to 2,112 square feet of thoughtful living space.

The local area is full of parks, trails, shopping, dining, entertainment and even a skate park. One of Central Texas’ few exclusive solar communities, every rooftop includes a built-in solar panel. Rising waters under slab;

Have been living in this new construction Lennar home in Odessa FL for 2 years now. The amount of issues we have had are honestly too many to fit in this box. The worst however have been the roof leaks. We have had a leak in almost every room in my house. It is raining currently and there is water pouring from the ceiling fan in my son’s bedroom. Called the Lennar “emergency line” and was told all the field reps are very busy.

Truly low quality service at an insane high rate. I have had numerous problems with my Lennar house built in 2018. It almost burned down due to faulty wiring shorting out, concrete repairs don't match, unpainted repairs, and now they won't replace 6 cracked tiles despite replacing almost 40 tiles for a neighbor. I do not recommend buying a house from Lennar. In the review it mentioned an emmanuel was so impatient and rude and rushed the whole process.

I guess it all depends on who you get to help throughout the whole process. This master-planned community is made up of 3 unique home collections. Residents have easy access to Austin’s bustling 183 technology corridor, providing tons of employment opportunities.

When we first heard his name we saw some really bad reviews about him. Upon meeting him we mentioned this to him and he was like that's not me I promise. I'm going to name a few people who helped us get through this process and our experiences with them. In hopes of anyone who wants to try to use lennar for help purchasing a home can use these amazing people from start to finish. Lennar has made our first time home buying experience a really good one.

They sent an electrician and the only comment he had was "this is not normal" but not solving the issue. I can't add more information regarding my electricity issues because the problem persists, but nobody has been able to fix the issue. I also called FPL and they went to the property, and everything was fine on their end. Regarding the AC, this is the 4th time in a year that my AC stopped working. This is another issue that has not been solved. Lennar is ignoring my online tickets that I've opened and calls.

Missing a chunk of doorframe, a 6 inch section of wall not painted, cracked tiles is not being too picky. I warn anyone against purchasing a Lennar home. Worst workmanship and lowest quality of…

Not even 1 month into owning the home, there has been nothing but issues. Between the A/C breaking, missing sensors, broken outlets, marks on the wall, poorly done landscaping..etc. We call almost everyday for fixes and it shouldn't be that way. Not mention, expect to be on the phone for 2 hours every time for anything.

The tile contractor recommended waiting until the cracks stop forming since it may expand passed replaced tiles if addressed too soon. We are now at the four year period and have 6 cracked tiles running across a hallway. Lennar is denying a warranty claim since it's past the 2 year mark even though I was told to wait. They also replaced nearly 40 tiles for a neighbor at just under 4 years. These issues are on post tensioned slabs that are not supposed to crack. There have been numerous other issues not addressed by Lennar and this is just the latest one.

Co-designed by the renowned architectural firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, reservations begin in 2023 with home prices starting in the mid-$400,000s. I would want Lennar to put these townhomes back on the market and not sell them to themselves for rentals. They already can't rent all the ones they have and are losing renters as their leases come up because the cost is too high.

It had been 15 years since my last purchase and move but everyone made my experience a positive and I am glad that I chose Lennar. I had a house built in Gold Canyon AZ. The roof leaked, the plumbing leaked, the sink drain leaked. The paint job is as sloppy as I’ve ever seen. By the time they get back into my house it will be one year from the start. I have had a very good experience with the Lennar team. They were very helpful and supportive through the whole process of purching the property.

So I dipped a piece of cardboard in the hole. It has not changed much despite two days of Lennar hiring ServePro to extract the standing water for... I signed a contract on a SFH at Lakewood Ranch, FL and paid the 10% ($60K) deposit of the purchase price. The contract had a financing contingency, BUT only for 30 days after signing the contract. This was hidden so well in the contract that I did not notice it until about 7 months later when my life situation changed...

Whitehall Collection This collection is comprised of single family homes ranging from $419K to $442K. So we really deserve our earnest money back. Be mindful this is a new build and moved in six weeks ago, Mid August 2022. Please feel free to reply if you would like more photos of the experience we’ve had.

The emmanuel we worked with was very patient l, kind and listened to our needs while trying to find our home. He even took us all the way on the other side of town to find our home we eventually ended up buying. He took the time with us to view many homes too.

A builder that claimed to build us quality homes and promised outstanding customer service, does such a shotty job, have lumbers separate at joints in 2 years and indicate they are not be responsible. In 2014 we moved into a house built by Lennar and that's when the nightmare started. There were many issues with this house, but the main one is the floor.
